Employer branding for one of the world’s best hospitals.
- Charité – Universitätsmedizin Berlin
More than 15,500 people work for the Charité in Berlin – one of the best hospitals in the world and one of the largest university hospitals in Europe. But even those two arguments are not enough to rely on in the “War for Talents”. That’s why the Charité’s HR specialists are working with us to hone the hospital’s employer branding – with an integrated approach that puts equal focus on recruitment and current employees. The first result of the cooperation is the new website for the Employer Branding and HR Digitisation Unit, focused on the healthcare professions. By the end of 2022, this will be supplemented by landing pages for doctors, scientists and for training and studies.
In the process, the UI design, tonality and functionality are always tailored to the needs of the applicants. We give them an authentic picture of the Charité hospital as a future workspace, well-structured information and personal insights from employees. This allows applicants to make an informed decision and get started on the simplified and digitised application process.

“Our new careers website arose from the interactive and creative exchange with you at Stan Hema; you have put the needs of our users centre stage. Together, we have set priorities, created content and attracted numerous internal stakeholders to the project. Your short communication channels, the fast response time for adjustments and your expert advice made us aware time and time again of the added value we receive from having your know-how at our side. We look forward to working together with you on the next stage of development.”
