The exhibition “Werner Düttmann. Building. Berlin.” at the Brücke Museum celebrates the architect and city planner where his work is most visible: in Berlin’s streets and squares. The city itself becomes the exhibition room. Information boards in front of 28 Düttmann buildings explain his vision of architecture and space. The exhibition itself, however, is online on the website we have designed and developed.

The website features specifications, video profiles, videos, text, audio tracks, insights into the building interiors, interviews with residents, floor plans and architectural tours. This way, you can develop an understanding of Düttmann online and physically experience his work on the routes through Berlin. We convey information over a variety of different media. Information and entertainment go hand in hand.

Our Creative Developer Marco Land worked closely with the Brücke Museum. They built a website where people can really get to grips with how Düttmann perceives stone and body, even if they do not live in Berlin and are unable to take the tour of the city. The exhibition catalogue is ideal for anyone who prefers to keep things traditional. It is the first comprehensive monograph on Düttmann. It was also designed by us.

We would like to thank Kooperative Darstellungspolitik – which developed the information boards and more – and our partners at Artbeats who produced the video and audio material.
