Visually powerful presentation of product and space

Business

Photos and videos shape the identity of brands and speak directly to their target group. We use this strength to visually position the Bette brand in a powerful way. We have redefined the brand’s imagery since 2016.

From conception to final implementation, we have taken over the creative direction of all image productions for Bette. Together with photographer Christoph Sagel, we created impressive visual worlds, taking on responsibility for location scouting, art direction and post-production in the process. Our approach combines product and architecture into a single unit and creates visual moments that will stick in the memory.

In December 2018, our first film for Bette was made against the unique backdrop of the Spanish border region between Catalonia and Aragon. Solo House I by the Chilean art and architecture firm Pezo von Ellrichshausen and Solo House II by the Belgian architects Kersten Geers and David Van Severen (KGDVS) provided a spectacular setting for the presentation of the Bette bathtubs.

‘By concentrating on design, architecture and atmosphere, we have created a strong unique selling point. Fictitious baths won’t get us anywhere. Only the authentic combination of product and architecture turns a picture into an experience,’ emphasised the Stan Hema designer at the time, Wolfram Kornemann.

That approach allowed photos and films to form the emotive basis for catalogues, trade fair appearances, the website and press work. They make Bette a brand that clearly stands out from the competition.
