On 22 January 1963, Charles de Gaulle and Konrad Adenauer signed a treaty on Franco-German collaboration. That led to the founding of the Franco-German Youth Office, an organization dedicated to deepening relationships between children, youth, and young adults in the two countries—for a Europe of peace and unity. Just before the institution’s 50th anniversary, Stan Hema developed a new brand look and feel. The unique design is composed of only a few elements and a modular concept to meet the individual needs markedly heterogeneous target groups: children and youth, parents, teachers, and counselors, all the way up to the highest political offices and officials—and always in at least two cultures.
