Olivia Kalinowski a project manager with extensive experience in user-centric innovation and digital transformation of business processes. After her studies in Communication Design Olivia worked as a freelance designer until a nearly three-year stay in South Korea led her down new paths. Back in Germany, she chose a position at the Institute for Innovation and Information Management, where she enabled SMEs to digitalise. At Stan Hema, Olivia combines her expertise in project management, design, and digitalisation to develop the best possible creative and technological solutions for each project.
