Product and innovation strategy
Since studying Communication Sciences and Sociology at TU Dresden, Florian Franik has been interested in understanding change processes – how does digitization influence media, politics and society? With his M. A. in Music and Creative Industries from the Popakademie Baden-Württemberg, he focused on the transformation of industries and organisations. Initially limited to innovation processes in the music and culture industry, he extended his work from February 2017 to spring 2019 as a strategist at the Cologne-based innovation consultancy futurest, which develops and implements future concepts for companies (Handelsblatt Best of Consulting 2017 and 2018). Florian Franik is the contact person at Stan Hema when key strategic decisions in product or organisational policy are pending or to give new impetus to ongoing innovation processes as a sparring partner.
