Carolin Hartmann
Brand strategy
Carolin Hartmann graduated in Communication Design at Bielefeld University of Applied Sciences and Arts. During her degree, she also gained her first professional experience in brand development: she was involved in various corporate design projects at the design agencies Fons Hickmann M23 and Heine/Lenz/Zizka. After her bachelor’s degree, she took on a traineeship in brand strategy, which she completed at Stan Hema in 2023. Carolin has been working for us at the intersection where strategy meets design since January 2024.
